Day 50: Christmas Eve, a Milestone Day and a Weigh in Day

Today is a milestone day for me. 50 days on the journey. My may be thinking "How is he picking milestone days?" am I using calender days, days by 10's, etc... Well it's my journey and I will pick any method I want LOL.

Certain numbers jump out to me as milestone days. Time frames such as months or certain day numbers are kinda cool. Day 60 is going to be a milestone day, because it represents 2 months on the journey (aka the mission).

Today also represents the 30th workout I have done since I started. 30 workouts in 50 days is kinda cool. That is awesome for someone that didn't want to get off the couch. The biggest workout I used to do was getting up to go to the refrigerator. I started this with a goal to workout at least 3 times a week. I am doing better than my goal and that makes me very happy.

Today is a weigh in day!

Today's Weight: 283.5 lbs
Last weeks weight: 289 lbs
Start Weight: 305 lbs
Total weight Lost last week: 5.5 lbs
Total weight Lost: 21.5 lbs

Incline: 8%

Today's Meals

Breakfast:
1 cup All Bran w/ 1% milk
1 Banana
2 cups coffee w/ half and half

Tonight is our family Christmas celebration. My In-laws are German so we celebrate on Christmas eve instead of the morning of the 25th (Like my family). There is going to be a ton of food and booze flowing. I guess it is better that today is a weigh in day instead of tomorrow. Good and unintentional timing on my part! ;)
