Day 49: Creeping Up on Another Milestone Day

Today is a sad day for me. You're thinking "Why, its Christmas and you are still doing well on your journey" OK maybe you didn't say it just like that but you get the idea. Yeah today is a good day for the journey. I am focused and on track. Other things in my life right now are bothering me. In days of old I would eat like a addict. Today my feeling are the opposite. I think if I eat I will puke.

Don't worry. I am going to eat. I started this journey to be healthy and for the last 49 days I have been a trooper. I am not going to let one bad day get me down and off my goals.

Today's Workout Stats
Time: 34 minutes (2/30/2)
Speed: 3.2 mph (kicking up the speed a little)
Incline: 8%
I picked up the speed a little to get my heart rate in the target area.
Today's Meals
Breakfast:
2 cups coffee w/ half and half
1 cup All Bran w/ Milk (lol Didn't puke lol) ;)
1 Banana
Lunch/Dinner
2"x 4" Lasagna
2 cups Tortellini w/ Meat sauce
1 bun
Thar meal wasn't the best for me. As Ozwriter has told me I need to cut back on the pasta. It was left overs and there wasn't much else to eat. I didn't go hog wild anyway. I am fought the good fight today. I take each day as they come.
