Day 46: Off To The Office I Go!

back to the office and by bus to boot. I am not that particularly hungery this morning. I know I should eat breakfast so my body doesn't think I am starving myself and shut down to conserve. That is always the fine line. How much should I eat and when is enough to much.


Today's Workout Stats

Time: 34 minutes (2 - warm up / 30 - brisk walk / 2 - cool down)
Speed: 3.1 mph
Incline: 8%

Today's Meals

Breakfast:
1 cup coffee w/ half and half

Lunch:
Angus Beef and grilled Veggie Salad w/ Balsamic vinaigrette
1 bottle Diet coke

Dinner:
1 pc Lasagna
5 breaded chicken strips
1 bun

Today was a good day. I took did my morning exercise and took the bus to work. I need to take 3 buses to get to work so it is not the easiest of trips to make. So far this Christmas season things are going well for eating and exercising. I am sure they will get harder as I get closer to Christmas and all of those goodies and temptations that seem to appear.
