Day 41: The Long Journey Home

Today I am leaving from Memphis, Tennessee to head back home. I have to get up at 3:30am CST to catch my flight. Needless to say that I didn't workout.

Today's Workout Stats: None :(

Today's Meals:

Breakfast
1 Slimfast Shake
1 Venti Eggnog Latte
1 Santa Fe Egg Omelet Bagel

Lunch
2 cups coffee w/ Cream
1 Sausage & egg on a biscuit
1 cup hashbrown potatoes (deep fried cubes)

Dinner
I can't remember (I am entering this log 2 days late)

Travels days always suck when it comes to food. I can't pack a lunch or meal because of airport security and the airport food is not the greatest when it comes to eating healthy. I will be glad to get home.
