Day 31: The only thing colder that the treadmill was me

Today it was so cozy and warm laying in my bed. I was really having issues getting up. The room that has my treadmill was very cold this morning. I have to confess that it was a horrible struggle this morning to get out of bed and do my workout. The only thing that got may ass out of bed was the guilt I was feeling from not working out yesterday. I knew I should have worked out in the morning and not thought about putting it off.

Today's Workout Stats

Time: 34 Minutes (2 warm up - 30 brisk walk - 2 cool down)
Speed: 3.0 Miles per hour
Incline: 8%

Today's Meals

Breakfast:
1 cup Bran Flakes
1 Slimfast Shake

Lunch
1 cup Miso soup
6 Cucumber Sushi
4 BC Roll
6 Spicy tuna roll

Dinner
1 cup All Bran
1 Slimfast shake

I was still full from lunch so I didn't have much of a special dinner. Tomorrow is a travel day again so I have to pack and get ready. Travels days usually mean no workout, but we will see. I am traveling with a group of people and that can be dangerous for food.
