Day 40: Another Milestone Day

Today is 40 days into my new lifestyle change. Remember this is not a diet. Diets are short term and usually you gain the weight you lost and then some. This needs to be a fundamental change in my behavior and actions.

Today's Workout Stats : None :(

Today's Meals

Breakfast:
1 sm bowl of Cheerios
1/2 cup skim Milk

Snack:
1 Slimfast Shake

Lunch:
1 Zaxby's Chicken sandwich on whole Wheat w/ Lettuce and Tomato
Carrot and celery sticks with ranch dip
1 Arnold Palmer (1/2 sweet tea & 1/2 Lemonade)

Dinner:
Supposed to be BBQ ribs at Rendezvous in Memphis
