Day 34: Working Off Last Nights Dinner

As a man who loves stats, numbers and spreadsheets, I figured out that I have a 65% workout percentage. That is kinda cool. This means I workout more than every other day. One of my short term goals was to workout at least 3 times a week, but I am doing way better than that. You have to remember that there have been days when the treadmill was broken at a hotel and the couple of times I had my luggage delayed with my runners in it. I an very proud of my commitment to working out so far.

It was hard of course to get up this morning, but after last nights dinner I knew I had to. The treadmill at the hotel asks for your weight, so the calories burned is somewhat accurate. My workout today had me burning 487 calories! awesome. I am sure that makes up 10% of last nights dinner (LOL)

Today's Workout Stats

Time: 34 minutes (2 warm up - 30 brisk walk - 2 cool down)
Speed: 3.0 Mph
Incline: 8%

Today's Meals

Breakfast:
2 cups black coffee
1 bagel w/ egg and cheese

Lunch
1 bowl Red bean and sausage soup
1 cup steamed veggies

Dinner (Ed's Catfish)
a ton of shrimp cooked (Peel 'n eat style) maybe a pound or less
1/2 a pickle
a few deep fried items (1 of each to try. Nothing excessive)
2 Diet cokes

OH MY GOD, I ate way to much shrimp (prawns in Canada). I must say I feel rotten. The food was great and the shrimp was healthy. There was not sauce or anything, but my fat gut is too full. I made a mistake and I am paying. I guess I have learned an important lesson. My stomach has shrunk a little. I am definitely going to workout tomorrow. Oh I will need to to burn this off and make me feel better. Tomorrow we are supposed to go out for steak. I hope I can get a smaller meal and fresh veggies.

As always I will keep you posted.
