Day 42: The First of Many Christmas Celebrations

Today we are celebrating 2 events. My wife's birthday and an early Christmas with my mother and my side of the family. This is going to be brutal. I need to show control. Too be honest I am not holding much hope. Sunday is weigh in day and I am prepared for a lack luster weigh in day

Today's Meals

Breakfast
1 Slimfast shake
4 cold Chicken strips (Not my best endeavour)

Lunch
8 pcs of sushi courtesy on my In-laws (Thanks)
2 cups coffee w/ cream

Dinner
8 coconut shrimp (I even hate coconut)
1 pc Meat pie
1 cup Trifle (fancy pudding)
1 bun

I am sure I had a little more at dinner. I just can't remember everything. I did alright. At least my stomach has shrunk a little so I can't eat as much. Tomorrow is weight in day and I don't think it will be that promising. I am not too concerned. If I can get through the holiday season without gaining any weight I will be happy.
