Day 48: Home Alone 2
I am home again today. I have a few errands to run, but nothing serious. I am feeling pretty good today considering I pushed myself pretty hard yesterday during my workout.
Today's Workout Stats: None
Today's Meals
Breakfast:
1 coffee w/ half and half
Lunch:
Nacho chips w/ cheese and guacamole
Corned beef sandwich on toasted rye
Dinner:
Today has been a tough day. Under the normal stress I would have filled my face, but today I have lost my appetite. I haven't eaten well today, but I don't care. Atleast I am not stuffing my face. I hope tomorrow is a better day and I can get back to normal.

As always I will keep you posted.

G'day Big Fella,
Good to see things are going well for you. I know it's disappointing to get on those scales and not seeing any change, but remember what your original goal was and the road ahead. Don't let it get you down.
I see a few of your posts now you have been missing food at breakfast. Try to break that habit fast. You really need to eat something at breakfast, gets your metabolism going and you don't end up having bigger meals later in the day. I know sometimes you might feel as though you will loose weight faster by missing a meal (even if only subconsciously), but it is honestly counterproductive.
Also watch how often you combine rice/pasta/potatoes in the same day and over multiple days. Basically those are all energy foods BUT if you don't use the energy, it converts to fat. Don't drop them all together by any means (I love spag bol), but try to have only one high carb food a day at the most.
Great to see you are running, just be careful you don't overdo it. On the days you don't feel like running, up your walking time by another ten minutes. It takes the first 15 to 20 minutes of exercise for your body to start getting any benefit from it, so the longer you go over that (without killing yourself) is pure bonus. My lunch time walks average 40 to 50 minutes. I don't sprint walk, and I don't stroll, it's somewhere in between.
Hang in there, John. You are doing great work!
