Day 54: Feeling Better As Each Day Goes By

I am feeling better as everyday goes by. When it comes to my life and my mission I feel that I am going on the right path.

Today's Workout Stats
Time: 34 minutes
Speed:
.....2.0 mph for 4 minutes (warm up/cool down)
.....3.0 mph for 20 minutes (Brisk walk)
.....3.5 mph for 10 minutes (Jogging)
Incline: 8%

Today's workout was a good one. I was able to jog for 10 minutes straight.

Today's Meals

Breakfast:
1 cup coffee w/ half and half

Lunch:
Miso Soup
18 pc Sushi (Tuna, Salmon and Kappa rolls)
5 French fries

Dinner:
1 cup decaf coffee

I really need to eat breakfast, but I have been getting up later since I haven't had to go to work. I am off to take my boys to the Aquarium. Hello Fishy Fish!!
