Day 53: Ahhh The Sweet Smell Of Sweat
Ahhhhh..... I got back on the treadmill this morning. I even ran for 2 - 5 minute blocks at 3.5 miles per hour.
The last few days were good. I got to eat and drink whatever I wanted. The total damage was 1.5 pounds. That is how much I gained in those 3 days (yikes). It shows you how it can come back fast if you slide back into your old ways. I guess it is a lesson to me how if I don't change my lifestyle I will end up right back where I was. THAT IS NOT GOING TO HAPPEN. I am committed!

What to say?
I hear where you're coming from!
We're on the same page!
Enough already! Etc.
I've been "sensible" since Nov. 21 on fiber and fluids with small meals low on carbs except the bran/porridge/mud.
I got into the ice cream and found the strength to toss the container before I had finished it. I got into shortbread which I did finish. Butter/sugar/white flour/yum! Rats!
....Food hangover, yes, it is painful. The lesson there is to remember the end point while faced with the full plate. Choose the behavior and live with the consequences.....Dr. Phil.
Loved the family pictures.
