Day 52: Oh Let The Gluttony STOP!!

I have had enough. I feel like I have a food hangover. It was fun to eat what I wanted, but it was also painful. I ate to excess on Christmas eve AND Christmas Day. I felt horrible each night as I went to bed.

On Christmas eve I had to take an ENO (like Alka Seltzer) and waddle off to bed feeling too full and uncomfortable all night. I didn't learn my lesson on Christmas day as I had to have another ENO before I went to bed.

I guess there is a lesson to be learned here and I did get the message. I did enjoy myself, but i am really glad to get back on the wagon. I really need to do a workout to sweat out all of this booze and toxins that are coursing through my veins. I think I will do it later today. I feel as if my body is still trying to handle all of the food and booze I subjected it too (LOL)

Today's Workout Stats: None (never got around to it)
Tomorrow for sure. I promise!

Today's Meals

Breakfast:
1 cup coffee w/ half and half (I slept in)

Lunch
None

Dinner
Pasta w/ chicken (the portion was too large)
2 glasses of red wine (must stop drinking.........lol)

I wanted to workout, but never got around to it. Tomorrow I am going to hit the treadmill again just so I can feel better.
