Day 65: Travel Day to Baltimore
Today I am off to Baltimore Maryland for 5 days. Ah the joys of travel. Bad food, strange hotels and bad food. Did I mention the bad food.
The hardest part of traveling is finding a place that has good healthy food. Oh sure there are a tome of restaurants in the states. Now having said that every restaurant has a "Healthy Choice" on their menu, but it the food always seems to be covered in bacon or cheese. To be fair there are some OK restaurants and if you order right you can get a pretty healthy meal. There are some rules you need to know before you order:
- Order salad dressings on the side or the salad gets drowned
- Tuna salad and chicken salad sandwiches come with mayo spread on them as well (mayo on top of mayo?)
- order veggies as a side item instead of fries, potatoes and other crap
- veggies that you order as a side are usually microwaved (Sorry)

Today's Meals
Breakfast
Cornflakes w/ 2% milk
2 cups coffee
Lunch (on a plane)
1 can spicy tomato juice
2 airplane bags of pretzels (100 cal total)
Dinner
1 tuna sandwich on rye at Panera Bread
1/4 baguette french bread (about a 4" chunk)
1 decaf coffee
The formatting is a little off on the blog today. I will have to see if I can fix it. It was a good day for a travel day.
