Day 63: My Big Boy's Birthday

Today is my oldest son's birthday party (his actual birthday is Monday). I am a little busy getting things ready, so I will up day this later. I did workout today though!!!


Today's Workout Stats:

Time: 34 minutes
....2 minutes @ 2.0 mph (Warm up)
....2 minutes @ 3.0 mph
....10 minutes @ 3.5 mph (jogging)
....18 minutes @ 3.2 mph
....2 minutes @ 2.0 mph (cool down)
Incline 8%

Today's Meals

Breakfast
1 cup coffee w/ half and half

Lunch

Dinner
