Day 60: It Was Tough, But I Got Up And Worked Out

Yesterday I was still feeling the effects for my new years indulgences. I tried to get up to do my workout, but I couldn't. I did say that I would do my workout in the evening, but those plans never really workout. It is hard after working all day and then coming home and dealing with all of the house and children issues that needs to be taken care of. I guess I could prioritize myself better, but I think the key is to make sure I workout in the morning.


Today's Workout Stats:

Time: 34 minutes
....2 min warm up @ 2.0 mph
....30 min brisk walk @ 3.0 mph
....2 min cool down @ 2.0 mph
Incline 8%

It was not really an inspiring workout this morning. I just plodded away like a Clydesdale horse. Hoofing minute after minute. It sure was nice to get back to it after 2 days off.

Today's Meals

Breakfast:
2 slices Russian Rye toasted w/ margarine
1 cup coffee w/ half and half

Lunch:
Sushi (Tuna, Salmon, Kappa and California roll)
Miso Soup

Dinner:
1 Cup Raisin Bran w/ milk
1 Banana
1 apple
1 glass 1% milk

Not the most inspiring of days. I did exercise and I ate well so it is not all bad. I think it is the bad weather, because I am tired and not too energetic. Oh well tomorrow is a new day.
