Day 64: Weigh in Day Again

I am very happy today. I was hoping to be down a pound to 284, but to be down to 281.5 is a pleasant surpise.

I went to see Body Worlds 3 at Science World. It was amazing. One of the most interesting displays for me was the sagital slice of the 300 pound man who died when his heart gave out. It was a a sobering display.

Today is a weigh in day!

Today's Weight: 281.5 lbs
Last weeks weight: 285 lbs
Start Weight: 305 lbs
Total weight Lost last week: 3.5 lbs
Total weight Lost: 23.5 lbs



Today's Workout Stats:

Time: 34 minutes
....2 minutes @ 2.0 mph (Warm up)
....2 minutes @ 3.2 mph
....10 minutes @ 3.5 mph (jogging)
....18 minutes @ 3.2 mph
....2 minutes @ 2.0 mph (cool down)
Incline 8%

Today's Meals

Breakfast:
1 cup of coffee w/ half and half

Lunch
Chinese food at Hon's (A good portion of healthy fresh food)

Dinner
I can't remember what I had. I am filling this a little after the fact, but I remember that I was still full from dinner. I don't think I had anything bad.
