Day 67: Busy, Busy, Busy

It has been super busy on the site I am at. I have been working 12 hour day to get things organized and fixed. The downfall of this of course is my workout.

This morning it was all I could do to drag my ass out of bed to be at the hospital in time. This is now the 3rd day in a row i haven't worked out. Tomorrow looks even worse as I may have to spend more than 12 hours at the hospital. I don't like to miss my workouts. It is always hard to get back when you miss a couple of days. The only thing that is half decent is that I have been eating alright, so I am not doing too bad.

Today's Workout Stats: None :(

Today's Meals

Breakfast:
2 buns w/ egg, cheese and bacon
1 cup coffee

Lunch:
Tuna sandwich on pumpernickel w/ tomatoes
1 sm Greek salad (1 cup)
1 diet Mountain Dew

Dinner:
Nothing yet and I may not. It is 8:45pm already and I don't want to eat this late.

Eating today was OK. The breakfast buns that I had are not the best, but I didn't "Pig out". I really need to get a workout in. I could go tonight, but it is too late and I put in a solid 12 hours plus at the hospital. I think I will just go to bed and start tomorrow fresh.
