Day 14: Ah, It's Good To Be Home

Man o' man it was nice to sleep in my own bed. I think I am finally getting over this cold.

I hope my luggage arrives today. I REALLY need to get back on that treadmill. Tomorrow is my 2nd weigh in day and I am not too sure what the outcome will be. I didn't get much of a chance to workout much in the last 5 days. I didn't eat too badly, but at time I don't think I ate enough.

That is an very important topic. If you don't eat enough, your body goes into starvation mode and thinks it need to shut things down. I have to make every effort to eat 3 square meals a day.

Today's Workout Stats: None (No luggage)

Today's Meals:

Breakfast/Lunch:
1 sm. Banana
1 bowl Bran Flakes
1/2 cup 1% Milk
1 cup coffee w/ half and half

Dinner:
1 sm. cup of Miso Soup
12 pcs. Sushi

Well, my luggage didn't arrive today. I could have used my old shoes, but I am spoiled now. Apparently my luggage should arrive tomorrow between 7am and 11am. Let hope so.
