Day 71: It is tough to get back on track

I am having trouble getting motivated and back on track. I am going to have to buckle down this next week and get back on track. I think it is time to have a real strict week of healthy meals and exercises. A time to really focus on my goals again and get back at the mission at hand. I have really taken the last week off. I have been eating OK, but I could do better. I need to get back into my exercises routine!!!!!

Today's Workout Stats: None

Today's Meals

Breakfast
2 cups coffee with cream

Lunch
1 Pc. of pepperoni pizza (blah)

Dinner
a handful of granola
5 popcorn chicken
3 french fries
1 grilled cheese sandwich

As you can see above, today was not a good example of a good day of eating healthy. Tomorrow is a new day and as I said above, it is a time to refocus on my goals.
