Day 76: Making a Break for Home

Today I am traveling from New Hampshire back to the good old homestead. I am feeling a little more motivated today. I think I kind of got in a little funk there. I am not saying that I am back and 100%, but I am slowly climbing out of the hole I dug for myself.

Being back at home will be nice. I good chance to get back into my old routine of working out. I think that is the key part I am missing right now.

Today's Workout Stats: None, it's a travel day

Today's Meals

Breakfast
2 pcs white bread
1 oz cream cheese
1 cup scrambled eggs
1 glass apple juice
1 glass cranberry juice

Lunch
1 tuna sandwich w/ tomatoes
1 small no fat chocolate frozen yogurt
1 airplane bag of pretzels
6 oz Spicy tomato juice

Dinner

As you might have noticed I am back tracking what I eat. For me this is a key component. If I am not aware of what I eat, I figure things are OK, but they are really not. Keeping track like this is the best way to keep me honest and really show me what is going in my pie hole.

As always I will keep you posted.

You sounded funky to me! .....Hope you are feeling better.
I think you have a difficult job now, albeit interesting and rewarding. Be very proud of yourself.
Enjoy your boys this week.
